An Office Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an office or business. The specific duties and responsibilities can vary depending on the size and nature of the organization, but generally include the following:

- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.

- Ensure a clean, organized, and conducive work environment.

- Supervise and lead administrative and support staff.
- Conduct staff training and ensure team members are aware of and follow office policies and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate staff assignments.

- Manage office budgets and expenses.

**Qualifications**
