Sharjah, United Arab Emirates Delta Furnitures Full time

Must have 3-5 years UAE experience in admin with factory. Preferred to have furniture factory experience, but not necessary.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Independently receive and action sales requests & price as per company policy
- Gather order details & prepare quotations
- Log client information onto the CRM system
- Prepare job order document & share with production team (based on quotation)
- Creating and maintaining office systems including data management
- Maintain updated vendors list and support procurement with orders from vendors when needed
- Manage HR paperwork & timekeeping
- Coordinating with the accountant with everyday sales, expenses and invoicing reports
- Follow up on pending payments

**Support responsibilities**:

- Secretarial support to team and support the management as necessary
- Maintain the front office by arranging fabric catalogues for easier access (fabric and finishing samples) and managing cleanliness
- Take pictures of items upon being received, and before being sent out for delivery

**Job Qualifications and Experience**
- MS Word and Excel experienced
- Fluent English speaking is a must; knowledge of Hindi language would be an advantage
- **Proven experience in factory admin work and & ability to work with both labour & customers**:

- Have worked in a fast-paced environment and demonstrated the ability to multi-task
