We are a reputable printing company based in Sharjah and we are currently seeking a skilled office admin to join our team. As an admin, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and managing phone calls and appointments, passing relevant information to the concerned departments, internal follow ups, Tele sakes etc.. Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and colleagues to understand their needs and preferences. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create marketing materials that align with the company's branding and message. Greet and welcome clients and visitors with excellent customer service. Manage phone calls and appointments. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 1 years of experience in admin or office managing duties. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be based in Sharjah. Salary will be discussed upon interview.
