HR Officer- Facility Management

We are looking to hire an **HR Officer** who has experience with pre-joining, onboarding, employment legislation, and support in performance management for our Client based in Dubai
- which is one of the largest property development organizations in the region. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team and aligning with the company's goals and values while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This position is a **permanent role.**
The role sits within the **HR department **and reports directly to the of **HR Manager**.
**Key responsibilities**:
- **Employee Onboarding and Offboarding**:_
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped for success in their roles.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to improve employee retention and company culture.
- **HR Policies and Compliance**:_
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures, updating them as necessary to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance.
- **Training and Development**:_
- Identify employee training needs and work with the HR Manager to design and deliver relevant training programs.
- Collaborate with department heads to support continuous learning and career development opportunities for employees.
- **Employee Relations**:_
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
- Promote a positive work culture by fostering open communication and a sense of community.
- **Performance Management**:_
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, ensuring evaluations are conducted objectively and promptly.
- Work with managers to address performance-related matters and implement improvement plans.
- **Health and Safety**:_
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety department to ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
- Support the implementation of safety programs and procedures.
**Knowledge, skills & experience**:
- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources**, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **4-5 working experience **as an HR Officer or similar role in a **facility management company**.
- Thorough understanding of HR practices, **labor laws**, and regulations related to the facility management industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
