- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Coordinate training programs and professional development opportunities.
- Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
- Support HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Office Administration:_
- Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support finance-related tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth cross-functional operations.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
