We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a Partnership Manager at Peko, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, technology providers, and industry influencers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our platform and the success of the businesses we serve.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential partners that align with Peko's mission and goals.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive mutual business growth and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnership initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Monitor and measure the performance of partnership programs, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Peko's brand and partnership initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the SMB market and financial technology landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
