This position will be based in Dubai, UAE
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Preparation of cheques.
- Payment follow-ups with the clients.
- Vendors reconciliation and payments.
- Petty cash management and daily update on collections.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service inquiries.
- Promotes company products by suggesting information about other products and services.
- Preparation of sales orders.
- Informs customers on status of their orders.
- Handle other Customer Service or Accounts duties as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of Customer Service, Accounts or Admin experience.
- Possesses good communication skills, good writing skills, and attention to detail.
- Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service, Accounts or Admin: 2 years (required)
