Manage large amount of incoming phone calls and social media messages.
Identify and access customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
**Administrative Support**:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing and document preparation.
Facility Management:
Coordinate facility-related tasks, such as office maintenance, repairs and supplies procurement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Admin / Customer Service role.
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and office equipment.
Knowledge of customer service principles practices.
Ability to handle inquires and complaints with diplomacy and professionalism.
