Admin Customer Service

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Admin cum Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer service tasks while also assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Ensure that customers have a positive dining experience by delivering orders promptly and accurately. Assist customers and provide recommendations as needed. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner. Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer information and processing employee paperwork.
Administrative/HR Tasks:Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (employee ticketing) for staff members.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations.Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role preferred.
Previous experience in handling Delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Advance Knowledge of Microsoft excel.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
