We are seeking a Customer Service and Admin Coordinator to join our team. As the Customer Service and Admin Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operation of administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer office calls and provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure availability of products for customers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and place orders to maintain stock levels and meet customer demands.
- Perform basic office administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes and administrative efficiency.
- Handle any other duties as assigned to support the overall operation of the office.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service and administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
