**Banquet Sales Manager Job Description**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize banquet/event bookings.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and individuals, to generate new business opportunities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

4. Respond to inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and leads promptly and professionally.

5. Conduct site tours and showcase banquet/event spaces to prospective clients, highlighting features, amenities, and customization options.

6. Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.

7. Prepare and present comprehensive event proposals, including pricing, menus, layouts, and contract terms.

8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company policies.

9. Coordinate closely with the catering, culinary, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences.

10. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the planning process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests.

11. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to remain competitive and innovative.

12. Track sales performance, analyze market data, and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.

13. Represent the venue at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

14. Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and online presence to drive banquet sales.

15. Uphold a professional and positive image of the venue and company at all times.

**Qualifications**:
1. Proven experience in banquet sales, catering sales, or event planning, preferably within the hospitality industry.

2. Strong sales acumen and track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering outstanding service.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

9. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
