Admin Coordinator

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the customer interface between the management and internal/external clients.
- Appropriately respond to inquiries and requests
- Managing CRM and keeping an eye on other real estate listing websites.
- Keeping an eye on the inventory for renewals, sales, and rentals.
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets and submit reports to the Managing Director.
- Contacting landlords, verifying availability, and schedule viewings
- Write, edit, and draft letters, addendums, and real estate contracts.
- Gather, organize, and finalize documents for office records.
**Qualifications**
- With Real Estate experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong marketing research abilities
- Provides extensive office and operational support
- Completely up-to-date on all related online property advertisement (Bayut, Property finder, Dubizzle, etc)
- Good understanding with all real estate-related forms (Forms A, B, and I, etc.)
- Business communications/Office Management
- Organizational skills
- Has prior experience with Brokerpad and MyCRM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
