- Responsibilities also include coordinating all aspects of maintenance work, including managing payments and coordination with third-party suppliers (vendors).
- The position involves assigning tasks to third party suppliers (vendors) and ensuring the timely update of reports on the system for accurate and real-time information.
- Will be the primary point of contact for all maintenance-related calls and inquiries.
