**Job Specifications**
- Payroll Experience with knowledge of UAE Labour Laws.
- Hands on Ms. Excel and SAP HR module.
**Summary & Key Accountabilities**
The role is of support function in day-to-day transactions that requires timely payments to employees and keeping their master files updated. In addition, they can be awarded additional tasks as required to support the work requirements.
- To process timely employee payments (Leave salary, airfare, school fee & other advances).
- Administer the employees’ leave records.
- Posting off-cycle payments and squaring up in guidance of payroll specialist.
- Maintains complete electronic and physical records for existing employees.
- Creation of new employee records in coordination with relevant division that involves collection of pre-employment documents from HR & Admin.
- Issuance of Salary Certificates, Salary Transfer Letters, and other Bank related letters to employees as per the requirement.
- Liaise with HR and Admin Department regarding appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
