**Job Description**:

- Accounting bookkeeping, monthly closing.
- Processing Attendance and Employee’s payroll on a monthly basis
- Manage and maintain financial records, including ledgers, budgets, and financial statements.
- Reconciliation of Bank accounts, Payable and Receivable monitoring.
- Coordinating with Auditor’s for Annual Audit, Monthly external Audit, Corporate Tax filling and VAT.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
- Maintaining Cash Flow
- Quarterly VAT preparation.
- Preparing LPO’s’, Issuing invoices for Clients and suppliers, recording and monitoring separately based on the Contracts and projects Terms and Conditions.
- Export and Import Handling and coordinating the whole procedure with the client/Supplier, and the shipping agent.
- Preparing all documents related to the process such as Certificate of Origin, Origin Certificate of Arab Union, Commercial Invoice and Packing list.
- Should have knowledge of renewal of Rentals, Health Insurance, Third Party Insurance, Car Insurance, Company’s Licenses and other related licenses of the company.
- Familiar with MOHRE, Tasheel and Ameer for Visa processing and Work Permit processing for the Employees is a plus.
- Flexible to responsibilities beyond the job description
