Office Assistant

We are looking for **Office Assistant (Lady Only)** that can also do basic reception work.
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
- Answering telephone, direct, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Maintains cleanliness and tidiness of the office.
- Helping the receptionist, secretaries, or co-workers in performing their duties.
**Job Requirements**
- Good communication skill
- Must know how to use basic computer
- Be able to welcome guests
- Make beverages for staff and guests
- Know how to use office equipments
- Help out with basic admin work
- Maintain the office cleanliness
- Maintain personal cleanliness
- Must have UAE experience
- Photo in the resume is required
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Internet City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
