- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
- Assist in preparing property-related documents such as contracts, agreements, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain records of client interactions.
- Answering phone calls & Redirecting phone calls.
- Taking messages, Taking notes at meetings &Diary management.
- Making travel arrangements& Ordering office supplies such as stationary.
- Managing meeting rooms for office operations.
- Organizing internal and external events.
- **Record Management**:

- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- **Team Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance to project teams and department heads as required.
