_**Client Coordinator Photo and Video Studio**_

The **Client Coordinator** serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at a photo and video studio, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting clients, and supporting the studio team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for photo and video sessions, maintaining an organized calendar.
- Assist with client check-ins and provide necessary paperwork or guidelines.
- Handle payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and studio staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain the front desk and waiting area, keeping it clean and professional.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory.
- Assist in setting up the studio for photo shoots, including arranging decorations, backdrops, and lighting, as instructed.
- **Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or studio management tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video production is an advantage but not required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
