Ensure that consent forms such as General Consent Form, and Patient Registration Form are signed, and government-issue card is scan and save in the system.
- Answer the telephone in accordance to TEC Standards, and ensure that:

- Correct information is provided to the patient"
- All queries are answered"
- Knowledge on all the service and treatment of the clinic and follow-up on post treatment follow-up
- Booking an appointment for the patient in the system and ensure that appointments are overlapping or overbooked.
- Meet and greet the patient entering the clinic and determine the purpose of their visit.
- Provide administrative support with all patient related documentation
- Coordinate with the nurses and doctors to ensure a smooth customer service experience
- Maintain the expected customer journey according to the TEC Standards
- Fill in the FOH daily checklist correctly by checking each point accordingly
- Contact the patient who called or message the telephone and company phone after working hours.
- Confirm the next day appointment by calling and/or sending message to the patient
- Secure the status (confirmed, no answer, etc) of the patient’s booking in the system
- All no-show patient must be called to rebook their appointment"
- Escort the new patient to the consultation room and existing client to the treatment room
- Add the service/treatment based on the treatment plan of the doctor/therapist and discuss the cost to the patient and get the approval to start the treatment
- Send the medical report to the patient, if requested
- Manage the reception area to the expected company standards
- Abide by and positively promote all Company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times in accordance with company policy, data protection and privacy legislation.
- To carry out reasonable duties as and when requested by your line manager and any other senior management member
- Payment collection via cash, card, gift cheque, or stripe
- Receive deliveries from the supplier and send the invoice to the Head Office
- Maintain enough supplies of marketing materials and stationeries
- Inform the Branch Manager on any shortage of stocks
- Knowledge on petty cash, and petty cash report
- Send daily checklist, daily report and daily collection report to the higher management
- Upselling and cross selling of treatments
- Patient communication and handling operational complaints
- Patient communication and handling medical complaints
- Knowledge on corporate and influencer discounts
- Knowledge on treatment plans

**Salary**: From AED7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
