Client Coordinator

Job description responsibilities:
Clients booking:
- receive booking and clarify with clients questions on WhatsApp
- Register clients information like numbers, name, location.
- Receive phone calls, and reply to questions
- Send invoices and bills setting with the clients ( deposit and closing)
- Send survey to get feedback after every reservation.
- manage and schedule all booking, daily, weekly and monthly.
- Contact with nursery or schools and send quotations
Marketing:
- Daily activation, Instagram page including: post videos, photos, reels, and highlights
- Reply to customers, questions, and comments
- Create ads on Instagram and track the progress
- Participation in advertising campaigns
- Activation TikTok page and create videos
- Check new trends on participating in events exposition and provide concept
Financing and procurement
- Create bills for each booking using QuickBooks
- Check inventory items and shortage items to ensure availability of inventory
- Contact with the vendors and suppliers and orders the items
- Provide weekly financial statement of lost and profit report
- Provide monthly report
- Pay bills and expenses
- Keep track of all expenses using QuickBooks
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English and Arabic (preferred)
