Sales & Business Development Manager

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging
strong relationships with clients
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
- Arranging meetings with prospective clients authorized personnel
- Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedules for the
sales team to build on existing or potential clients
- Contribute to team efforts in accomplishing organizational goals.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Prepare sales action plans
- Schedule sales activity
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
- Negotiate with clients
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare development reports
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
**Personality, skills, and competencies**:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales
manager, or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Strong projects database in the construction field
- Strong professional and Personal Network includes Developers, contractors,
consultants, engineers and end-users
- Presentation Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking on phone
- Strong commercial awareness
- High level of initiative and a good team player
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good data analysis skills
- An outgoing and like-able personality
- Confidence in own abilities
- A high degree of self-motivation
- A passion for selling and relationship building
