Sales and Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in United Arab Emirates -Ajman, for a Sales and Development Manager at Perfect Foodstuff Manufacturing LLC.
The Sales and Development Manager will be responsible for Sale's strategy development: create and implement effective sales strategies to meet organization goals.
- Sales forecasting : analyze market trends and sales performance data to
forecast sales and set realistic target.
- Performance ,monitoring : trac sales metrics and evaluate team performance,
providing feedback and support as needed.
- Reporting : prepare sales reports for management to evaluate progress and
strategy effectiveness.
- Business strategy : collaborate with management to develop long term
business strategies that align with market demand.
- Budget management : oversee budget related to sales and development
initiative.
- Performance improvement : analyze sales and development processes to
identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Identifying key accounts and developing strategies to grow the business.
Additionally, this role requires managing and leading the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes, provide ongoing training, identify new markets and opportunities, and be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle.
Identifying key accounts and developing strategies to grow the business.
Develop a strong relationship with our new and existing customers.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Managing and leading the sales team.
Identify new markets and opportunities.
**Skills and qualifications**:
Leadership and motivational skills.
Bachelor degree in management, marketing business, or related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of the market and all the updates.
Minimum 4 years experience in the UAE market.
UAE Driving licence.
Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus
