Job Description:
We are searching for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in Sales & Investment, a UAE Driving License, and a car. Contracting knowledge is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Search for engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
- Attend meetings with engineering consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
- Present FAM Contracting to consultant offices in Sharjah and Ajman.
- Acquire and finalize new projects for FAM Contracting in Sharjah and Ajman.
- Search for new building materials or technologies to obtain exclusive agency rights.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase the client base and revenue.
- Research and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present business development proposals and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience of at least 10 years in business development, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
