Sales and Development Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates, for a Sales and Development Manager at Perfect Foodstuff Packing LLC. The Sales and Development Manager will be responsible for identifying key accounts and developing strategies to grow the business. Additionally, this role requires managing and leading the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction. The Sales and Development Manager will be responsible for interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes, provide ongoing training, identify new markets and opportunities, and be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle.
You will be responsible for identifying key accounts and developing strategies to grow the business.
Develop a strong relationship with our new and existing customers.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Managing and leading the sales team.
Identify new markets and opportunities.
Qualification
Bachelor degree in management, marketing business, or related field.
Familiarity with market research and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of the market and all the updates.
Minimum 4 years experience in the UAE market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
UAE Driving licence.
Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus.
