We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and help us expand our market presence.
Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This individual will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Identify potential clients through various channels including networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their challenges.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Highlight the benefits and value of our products/services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, handle objections, and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively position our offerings.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the same field.
Previous experience as a Sales Executive or similar role is highly desirable.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge: Understanding of sales principles and techniques. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a passion for achieving results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
