As the **Business Development Manager,** you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but not limited to driving the company’s business growth and building market position.

**You will**:

- Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion
- Present our products and services to new clients
- Collect data on market competitors, including prices, product sales, and sales campaigns, as well as marketing methods
- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets
- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts
- Attend major industry events
- Identify ideal marketing channels for optimal customer engagement
- Develop promotional materials and marketing plans for traditional and digital advertising channels
- Guide the marketing team with expert insights during marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing and sales team in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, new product launches, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement

**You have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Native fluency in Korean is essential for this position
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of experience in a similar industry or within the financial sector
- Proficient in Google apps
- Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
- Ability to keep a proactive position in running a business
- Ability to travel when required
