Job Title: Business Development Manager (Filiphino - Female)
**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Salary**: AED 4000-4500 basic + commission
- Develop new business opportunities in the travel sector.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Assist in collecting payments from difficult customers
- Lead and mentor a team of 5 travel consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
