- **Microsoft Office Suite**: Strong proficiency in Excel (for reporting), Word (for document preparation), and Outlook (for communication) is essential.
- **HR and retail knowledge**: A basic understanding of HR practices (such as recruitment or employee records management) and retail customer service is important for cross-functional support.
- **Soft Skills**:

- **Communication**: Both written and verbal communication are key, especially when handling customer complaints or coordinating between departments.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- **Confidentiality**: Especially when handling HR-related matters, discretion is critical.
- **Customer-centric attitude**: An understanding of retail customer service principles and a desire to help customers is vital.
- **Organizational skills**: The ability to prioritize and stay on top of multiple tasks will ensure smooth operations.
