Lead the Business Development and Technical Recruitment Functions in a proactive manner, in alignment with company growth targets and objectives
- Develop, monitor, and report sales and recruitment metrics & KPIs, executing against annual operational plan.
- Inspire the sales team members to deliver new logos while continuing to expand and maintain the existing client base.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in order to ensure successful hiring in line with guidelines.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- business development manager: 2 years (required)
- recruitment: 3 years (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
