Business Development and Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels including networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry relationships.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling our services.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the recruitment outsourcing sector.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients that highlight the value proposition of our recruitment outsourcing services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and alignment with company objectives.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage sales pipeline effectively, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- **Client Feedback**: Gather client feedback and insights to continuously improve our services and offerings, and to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- **Travel**: Travel to client sites and industry events as required to build relationships, attend meetings, and represent the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience minimum 4+ Years in business development or sales roles within the recruitment industry, with a focus on outsourcing services preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR industry trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
