**Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive for a recruitment agency, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Business Development**: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions.
- **Consultative Selling**: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into industry trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and long-term partnerships.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team to align business development efforts with recruitment strategies and ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems and reporting tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
