**Business Development Executive (Recruitment Company)**

**Position Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at DHC Group Co LLC (Recruitment consultancy ). In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and enhancing our recruitment services. Your expertise will be crucial in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify New Opportunities**: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market trends to generate leads and expand our client base.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance market penetration.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate new business leads.
- **Proposal Preparation**: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing our services and value proposition.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts, providing regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (2+ years preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
