About Us:
Kayzan Group, a leading conglomerate in the UAE, is launching a new HR recruitment company and is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of our new venture and make a significant impact in the HR recruitment sector.

**Job Description**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth for our HR recruitment division. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to our overall business development strategy. You will engage with potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HR recruitment sector.

Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.

Build and sustain strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to negotiations and closing deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

Achieve and surpass sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a preference for experience in the HR recruitment industry.

Strong understanding of the recruitment process and current industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.

Valid UAE driving license is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

2-3 years of relevant experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the HR recruitment sector.

**Salary**:
AED 3,000 - AED 4,000 per month, plus additional allowances based on performance and role requirements.
