About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Robert Walters. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and managing your own recruitment desk, identifying new business opportunities, and developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage your own recruitment desk to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships to expand our network and increase sales.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial candidate sourcing to placement and post-placement support.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market conditions and trends, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must have UAE experience and a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Must have strong agency recruitment experience in a business development or 360 role, with a proven track record of success.
