Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through cold-calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conducting in-depth market research to understand the competitive landscape and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and meet revenue targets.
- Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and best practices.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
