**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE.
- Develop a pipeline of prospective clients needing recruitment solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (HR directors, Telent Acquisition Managers, C-level to mid Manager etc) to ensure ongoing partnerships and repeat business.
- Understand the specific staffing needs of clients and present tailored recruitment solutions that address the challenges faced by clients.
- Stay updated on market trends in recruitment industry shifts, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Continuously analyze the UAE market to anticipate the needs of potential clients.
- Create compelling proposals, presentations, and service agreements that outline recruitment solutions, pricing, and timelines. Handle negotiations and work toward closing deals that meet both the company’s and the client’s objectives.
- Develop strategies to retain and expand business with existing clients by delivering exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying additional staffing needs that Habsons can fulfill.
- Regularly report on business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline status, client meetings, and closed deals. Track and analyze KPIs to ensure goals are met and adjust strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Min. 3-5 years of business development experience in the recruitment industry in UAE.
- Strong network and understanding of the recruitment industry in UAE.
- Proven experience in acquiring new clients, building relationships, and converting leads into contracts.
- Ability to understand the staffing needs of clients and present compelling solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust with clients.
- A proactive approach to business development, with a results-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving growth targets.
- Arabic speaking will be an added advantage.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
