Location**:Sharjah, UAE**

Experience: Admin Assistant / Purchasing Assistant or in a similar procurement role in Road Construction

**Job Responsibility**:

- 1. Process purchase requisitions / orders.
- 2. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.
- 3. Process & Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.
- 4. Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies.
- 5. Coordination and monitoring of stocks.
- 6. Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
- 7. Filing, Maintaining relevant files and documentation.
- 8. Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options.
- 9. Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- 10. Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
- 11. Prepare purchase orders, track shipments, and handle any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
