Payoneer is looking for a highly talented **Partner Manager, MEA** to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business. The incumbent will be tasked to manage some of our leading Payoneer Customers and enable payments to their users whether they are SMBs or professional businesses, or freelancer Globally, with Payoneer's fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. As well as identifying, prospecting, and onboarding new Enterprise business to Payoneers portfolio of partners. Your responsibilities will include increasing business adoption and market penetration. Working in a dynamic business environment you will be responsible for identifying ways of collaborating closer with existing partners as well as new potential partners to drive exponential growth & create ecosystem to support the SMB's for ease of business. This role requires some travel.
**What you'll be spending your time on**:
- Build and grow a strong relation with some of our key partners.
- Growth opportunities both within existing partnerships as well as new segments.
- Identify, negotiate and onboard new Enterprise customers.
- Build a pipeline of new business partnerships to achieve & exceed regional goals.
- Manage the top tier partners with regular communications, joint training, and education
- Help Manage an integrated eco-system to support SMB's & Partners in MEA region.
- Contribute strategic depth in driving new market development activities for MEA region.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the local and global teams.
- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders internally & externally
- Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities

**For this role you are also**:
- Bi-lingual (preferably, ability to converse in Arabic)
- Analytical and data oriented, strong in data backed decision making
**Have you done this kind of stuff?**
- At least 5 years of experience in building and managing a portfolio of partners especially in payments, ecommerce, cross border logistics, Ecommerce ERP's and other SMB led platforms
- Building and delivering pipeline of new customers
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of large accounts
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
**Not a must but a great advantage**:
- Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
- Experience with partners for small businesses engaged in cross border trade
- Experience with digital marketing, affiliate marketing, social media
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools
- Experience working in an international company
