Builder.ai is a human-assisted AI based platform that helps you build, run & scale tailor-made software. We are a startup that has scaled up to an aggregate revenue of $100m plus in revenue in 5 years. As part of the platform, we have a product named Builder Studio supported by BuilderCare which is a human-assisted AI platform for building and managing tailor made software and BuilderCloud to support & scale infrastructure. Our clientele includes Future group, BBC, Qatar Development Bank, SIAM Makro, Virgin Group and a lot more.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be the point of contact for key partner relationships and focus on driving revenue towards partner commits
- Has had the ability to drive incremental revenue from existing partners
- To build incremental pipeline of 4x with each signed partner
- Provide ongoing support and enablement in conjunction with the other partner support teams
- Actualize the go-to-market plan put together by the partner, the Builder.ai partner acquisition, and Builder.ai partner enablement teams
- Track partner performance and ensure that partners are progressing towards their goals
- Conduct territory reviews and quarterly business reviews to keep partners accountable
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to ensure partner success
- Identify and address partner needs and opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Build trust with partners to ensure continued year after year success and growth in revenue
- Ensure partner compliance with program requirements and provide regular performance reporting to management
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activities
**Qualifications**:
- At least 7 years of experience in account management and/or partner management
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with partners from diverse backgrounds and all levels of the organization
- Comfortable enabling others to drive results within their territory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze partner performance data
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, or financial services industries
