**About the Team**:
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our Creative Product and Operations team in Dubai, covering the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia region.
The Creative Product and Operations team, part of the Global Monetization Product and Technology Team, accelerates global sales of TikTok's paid media by working with partners and agencies to optimize content for effective marketing.
As a Partner Manager, you will provide deep product insight and consultative support to TikTok's Global Business Solutions team and clients. You will collaborate with product and sales teams and strategic partners to develop education and services for TikTok marketing. The immediate focus is on accelerating creator/creative partners to increase adoption of our solutions and high-quality content production for advertisers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and recruit new partners to grow a dynamic and innovative partner ecosystem.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with creative/creator agencies, managing onboarding, contracts, invoicing, and addressing business, technical, or policy issues.
- Identify, cultivate, and grow creative partner relationships, track and evaluate their performance, and develop strategic plans to ensure they meet program goals and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to create, refine, and develop content strategies that enhance marketing efforts on TikTok.
- Drive partner adoption of creative products through education and promote creative excellence with initiatives and programs that celebrate the TikTok creative community.
- Develop and implement scaled approaches and processes for in-market activity and communication with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock business opportunities and ensure progress towards KPIs.
- Based in Dubai and able to return to the office.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of client-facing experience in advertising or partner management.
- In-depth understanding of Japan's digital, social media, and creator/influencer landscape, including cultural nuances, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
- Experience with negotiating commercials and dealing with agreements/contracts.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in engaging and presenting to audiences at various levels of seniority, both internally and externally.
- Background in creative advertising or management of tech platforms, agencies, or advertisers.
- Fluency in Arabic.
