- Develop and implement procurement strategies for goods and services required by the organization.
- Identify and assess potential suppliers to ensure that they meet the organization's requirements.
- Prepare and issue tenders, request for proposals (RFPs), and request for quotations (RFQs).
- Evaluate supplier responses to tenders and negotiate contracts with successful bidders.
- Ensure compliance with the organization's procurement policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
- Maintain records of all procurement activities and track budgets.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure that all procurement activities are coordinated effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management.
- Experience working with procurement software and systems.
- Must know how to Identify, Analyze and Submit Tenders (Both for Technical and Financial)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
