**Responsibilities**:
*Scheduling and Calendar Management, Organizing and managing appointments, meetings, and events. Ensuring that the executive’s schedule is optimized and that they are aware of upcoming commitments.
- Document Management, Organizing, maintaining, and filing important documents, records, and reports. Ensuring that information is easily accessible when needed.
- Data Entry, Inputting and updating data in databases or spreadsheets. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
- Booking, Coordinating travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries. Ensuring that travel plans align with the executive’s schedule.
- Personal Errands, Handling personal tasks for the executive, such as booking appointments, managing personal correspondence, or organizing events.

*Confidentiality, Maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all personal and professional matters.
- Invoicing and billing, Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices and bills.
- Event Planning, planning and organizing company events, meetings, and parties.
- Supplies Management, Ordering and maintaining office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Team Support, Providing support to other team members or departments as needed. Helping with cross-departmental coordination.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
