Looking for Secretary This position is responsible for keeping office clean and maintained tidy, to ensure a safe and clean environment for the staff.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven working experience as Secretary.
- Having computer skills is a mandatory.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- High School Diploma or associates degree.
- Must be living in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Can start immediately.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
- Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.
- Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
- Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees
- Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Making tea, coffee for guest/employee.
