**HR & Admin Secretary**
- **HR Administration**: Responsible for the day-to-day HR administration processes and activities within the HR & Training Department.
- **Policies & Procedures**: Responsible to make sure that all employees understand the HR Policies & Procedures and to make sure that all employees have access to the HR Policies & Procedures Manual.
- **Letters of Employment**: Organize employee salary certificates, NOCs, employment letter. Make
- **Forms & Checklists**: Make sure that all HR Forms and Checklists are used accordingly in respect to all HR processes and procedures. Assist in the design of new HR Forms, Checklists and processes to ensure smooth functioning of the HR function.
- **HRIS & Employee Files**: Responsible for making sure all that employee details are uploaded and updated into the HRIS. Responsible for making sure that all Employee Files are accurately filed.
- Responsible for managing the administration of the office
- Prepare documents, correspondence and presentations as required by the Admin to support and provide high level of service internally and externally.
- Responsible for making sure that all Leadership Team meetings are put into the calendars of all the respective Leadership Team members including timings and meeting locations.
- Responsible for taking minutes during the Leadership Team meetings.
- Responsible to organize, prioritize and screen incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Ensure all policies and SOP’s are followed and adhered to at all times.
- Ensure working areas are neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure uniform and personal standards are clean and maintain excellent grooming standards at all times.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Al Barsha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
