As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a proficient Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO, encompassing various tasks essential for the smooth operation of our business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Documentation Management**:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing real estate contracts and holiday homes agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, leases, and other pertinent documentation, both electronically and in hard copy.

**Client Engagement**:

- Schedule meetings and appointments with existing clients for the CEO, coordinating logistics and ensuring timely attendance.
- Periodically send information on the latest real estate opportunities, holiday homes, and investment prospects to existing clients, keeping them informed and engaged.

**Administrative Support**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communications, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and prioritize the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and other commitments.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform various administrative tasks as expected from a CEO's PA, such as expense management, office supply procurement, and general office support.

**Developer Coordination and Project Management**:

- Liaise with all developers to coordinate commissions, gather new project documentation, and obtain marketing materials.
- Provide daily updates to the CEO on developer communications, project statuses, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a systematic catalogue for all projects, ensuring easy access to relevant documentation and marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, **mandatory** within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in drafting and managing real estate contracts and agreements, with knowledge of legal terminology and requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and provide support as required.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

**Education**:
