**Job Description ( Exp:15 yrs+)**:
Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Head:
- Drive Business Growth: As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in generating ICT, IT sales, and new business opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing relationships with prospective clients and making compelling sales visits and presentations.
- Achieve Sales Goals: You'll be responsible for setting and meeting ambitious sales targets, showcasing your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to win over clients.
- Expand Client Portfolio: Networking and marketing will be key as you work towards expanding our portfolio of corporate clients. Your ability to assess client IT needs and provide tailored recommendations will set you apart.
- Embrace IT Expertise: Your high-level understanding of end-to-end IT offerings, encompassing IT infrastructure, security technologies, cloud hosting, managed services, and digital transformation, will be crucial in positioning us as industry leaders.
- Analyze and Forecast: Prepare and present comprehensive sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to our management team, enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Specialize in IT Solutions: Prior experience in Enterprise Networking, Unified Communication, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Virtualization Technologies will be invaluable as you lead our sales efforts in these domains.
- Mentor and Lead: Managing a team of Sales Managers, you'll provide guidance, support, and leadership to ensure their success and collective achievements.
- Abu Dhabi Market Experience: We seek someone with a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market to leverage existing networks and capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Seasoned Sales Leader: You have 15-18 years of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in managing sales teams, demonstrating your ability to drive exceptional performance.
- Educational Excellence: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential, while a Master's in business would be preferred, highlighting your commitment to continuous learning.

**Salary**: AED28,000.00 - AED38,000.00 per month

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
