**Position Overview**:
As a B2B Sales Executive at Eco Drive Driving School, you will be responsible for driving business growth through acquiring new corporate clients and partnerships. Your role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and presenting our driving school's services to businesses, government entities, and other institutions.

**Business Development**:
Research and identify potential B2B clients, industries, and sectors for partnership and collaboration.
Develop a strong understanding of the local market and its demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

**Client Relationship Building**:
Establish and maintain effective relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer solutions.

**Sales Presentations**:
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the benefits and value of our driving school's services to potential clients.
Highlight our training programs, safety record, and how we can cater to the specific needs of corporate clients.

**Proposal and Contract Negotiation**:
Prepare detailed proposals outlining customized solutions that align with the client's requirements.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful partnerships.

**Sales Targets and Reporting**:
Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.

**Market Intelligence**:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
Identify emerging markets and niches to capitalize on untapped potential.

**Networking**:
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand your professional network and promote our services.

**Qualifications and Ski1lls**:

- Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Understanding of the local business environment and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
