Position: Inside sales Executive (UAE Region)
About the Role:
As a Inside sales Executive, you'll be instrumental in building a customer base in the UAE regions. From acquisition to closing, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, becoming an expert on our product and understanding the unique needs of our customers.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years of inside sales, tele sales, or field sales experience required, preferably in SAAS software, E-commerce, CRM, ERP, or similar.
- Familiarity with the B2B Sales Cycle.
- Ability to demonstrate the value proposition of the product.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales closing skills.
- Confidence, self-motivation, and a drive to succeed.
- High level of honesty and personal integrity.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets/KPIs.
- Experience in selling software solutions to senior stakeholders.
- Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage. ( Arabic will be plus)
- Proven track record in telesales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct sales calls to potential and existing prospects/customers to generate sales and meet targets.
- Build a strong sales funnel and pipeline.
- Follow up on sales leads and prospect inquiries.
- Provide product information or demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve assigned goals and improve processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend sales meetings as necessary
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
- Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and execute effective inside sales and closing strategies within the company-defined framework while aligning with our values and vision.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales closing skills.
- Sales Drive: Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Integrity: Demonstrates a high level of honesty and personal integrity.
- Process Management: Able to demonstrate highest level of professional in process management and communication,
- B2B Experience: Solid professional experience in B2B marketing or sales for large accounts.
- Language Skills: Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Software Solutions: Experienced in selling ecommerce solutions to senior stakeholders and managing sales processes end-to-end.
