**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

**Reception Duties**:

- Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services and properties.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference/meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing assistance and support as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Required: 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist/administrative role within the real estate industry, preferably in UAE.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (both written and verbal).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1-2 years (required)

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
