Accounts Assistant and Receptionist

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Calculate VAT payable and recoverable, ensuring accurate reporting of sales and purchases.
- Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, or financial administration.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Prepare financial reports (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensure compliance with established accounting standards and procedures.
**Receptionist Duties**:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments and maintaining client records.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
